Winters Retreat

Our client wanted his rammed-earth home to serve as a showcase for his fine art. We designed with a neutral palette to let the existing art shine and to leave the door open for future acquisitions. We brought in sculptural light fixtures, natural wood, and stone materials so the house feels less like an austere museum and more like a thoughtfully considered home. We treated the art works and furnishings like ideal house guests: each with an individual style, yet coming together in spirited conversation.
