Our clients came to us with inherited furnishings imbued with personal meaning and a house where they found themselves rarely if ever using entire rooms because they felt too formal. Our full reimagining of the space brought freshness while still respecting their family history. We re-contextualized key antique pieces, added comfortable contemporary furnishings, and created a palette guided by sky and water views. As active athletes and skilled entertainers, our clients value nature and community. For us, that meant prioritizing architectural openness and functional yet warm lighting. We removed a dividing wall to open the kitchen and the family room to the expansive bay views, and we installed airy transitional and contemporary light fixtures to reflect the eclectic furnishings. Our clients now feel profound joy in their reimagined home.
